- Every customer has the right to be heard; we will listen and be empathetic to their needs.
- Every customer has the right to seek and be provided repairs by our trained, competent technicians and service writers who will recommend only work that is needed.
- Every customer has the right to timely communication, in plain language, including prompt call-backs.
- Every customer has the right to seek and be provided assistance by our trained, friendly and competent sales consultants.
- Every customer has the right to be shown the vehicle that best suits them.
- Every customer has the right to have any covered problem, evidenced during the 6 month/6000 mile warranty period, remedied quickly and at no charge.
