  1. Every customer has the right to be treated according to the Golden Rule.
  2. Every customer has the right to be advised of all the unique benefits that Carsense offers including the 12 month/12,000 guarantee on all service repairs and the long-term benefits of available service plans.
  3. Every customer has the right to ask questions and receive honest answers.
  4. Every customer has the right to be heard; we will listen and be empathetic to their needs.
  5. Every customer has the right to seek and be provided repairs by our trained, competent technicians and service writers who will recommend only work that is needed.
  6. Every customer has the right to timely communication, in plain language, including prompt call-backs.
  7. Every customer has the right to seek and be provided assistance by our trained, friendly and competent sales consultants.
  8. Every customer has the right to be shown the vehicle that best suits them.
  9. Every customer has the right to have any covered problem, evidenced during the 6 month/6000 mile warranty period, remedied quickly and at no charge.
