Tim Wright

GENERAL MANAGER, 8 Years of Service

Upon graduation from college in 2001, I joined CarSense as a lot attendant. CarSense has been a place of tremendous opportunity for me and has allowed me to grow as a result of hard work and dedication. What started as a job has quickly turned into a promising career thanks to a dedication CarSense has to mentoring and promoting from within.

HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST, 3 Years of Service

I started with CarSense in 2008 and fell in love with the job. In late 2010, I realized I wanted to take on more responsibility and chose to take a new position as the Human Resource Generalist. CarSense has given me the opportunity to grow as an employee, and I'm now in a position that I never thought was possible!

DETAIL MANAGER, 8 Years of Service

With encouragement from another CarSense employee, I joined CarSense as a Detailer. After a year, I was given the opportunity to become Detail Manager at the CarSense, Hatfield location, in November of 2002. I have held that position ever since. Thanks to CarSense for not only giving me the training and encouragement but the opportunity to grow and be successful.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK, 1 Year of Service

After graduating from Penn State, on a referral from a current employee, I started at CarSense as the receptionist. I immediately began learning vehicle titles and other administrative tasks.The opportunity to move to Internal Services came six months later. It's a position which I thoroughly enjoyed. CarSense has given me an opportunity to grow both professionally and as an individual. I have recently been able to move into a new position as the Accounts Payable Clerk.

Working at CarSense has allowed me to take advantage of training opportunities as well as learning from other techs. As a result, I became a team leader 8 years ago. In 2011 I was promoted to Internal Service Manager. Looking back, I can say that because of the opportunities for growth at CarSense I'll be able to continue a successful career.

I was referred to CarSense 12 years ago by a friend who was employed there. I started as a detailer and 4 years ago was given the opportunity to go to school to learn how to paint vehicles. I now am an onsite paint shop technician. I enjoy working at CarSense mainly because of the friendly atmosphere and the team environment.
