Recently I purchased a car from Car Sense in Uwchland. A wonderful experience!! I'd like to extend commendations to two of your employees who made my first encounter with Car Sense most pleasant. First, sales consultant Mike H. Mike took my live chat on a Saturday morning and was most helpful in answering ...my initial inquiry. I met him later that morning and we looked at a few cars but nothing really interested me. A few days later I saw another car of interest on your website. I went to see Mike again and this time we "did the deal", even though the car was out as a loaner. I was hesitant to buy "sight unseen" when Mike mentioned your 5-day return policy and the convenience of having the car delivered to my home in Reading. That made the deal. In three days the car was delivered in an enclosed trailer by a mechanic from your Hatfield location. His name was Tracy. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the features of my "new" car and made me feel real comfortable that I had bought at Car Sense. After he left, I remembered that I forgot to remove all my stuff from the vaniety. I called Tracy on his cell phone and he got the left-behind items from the car and took them into the dealership to be mailed to me. So the bottom line in this story is that I'm very happy with my Car Sense car and will be back again thanks to three things: Mike, Tracy, and the great policies of your company.

I am writing this letter of appreciation in recognition of the outstanding customer service that Andrew B. provided myself and my family for the purchase of a 2006 Ford Explorer on March 10, 2008.

I was attracted to Carsense from what I had heard about the type of inventory your dealership ...offers. What I was pleasantly surprised to discover was that the employees of Carsense are outstanding and dedicated people like Andrew. An inventory of great cars is an asset that your company offers. But having staff members like Andrew is a value you can't place a figure on. I only had a limited idea of the type of SUV my family needed for towing our camper. The first day I came in, Andrew came up with several ideas and spent quite a while with me. I drove several SUV's, and when I came back a few days later, he let me take one home overnight to show my family. Well, that did not go so well! Too big, everyone said. I returned the vehicle, and was very unsure as to how to proceed. I needed to do more research. You see, in 16 years, my wife and I have bought exactly three cars. It's a huge decision for us. Andrew offered to let me email him to keep in touch, and every month or so I would shoot him a question or make a call. I visited a few other dealerships, and literally had to walk out as soon as the salespeople started to talk since they were so insulting. Andrew's demeanor and style stuck with me, and I told my family that Carsense was the best place for us, and that Andrew was the staff member we wanted to work with. We wanted a safe car, with a warranty we can trust, and Andrew explained to us that this is what Carsense was all about. Walking into Carsense is not like walking into a car dealership. It's like entering a friendly place where everyone respects the process you need to go through in order to make a large and very important purchase.

As we started to circle the SUV that would be right for our cross-country trips, Andrew and I exchanged a few fast emails, and I agreed with him that a V6 2006 Explorer was the right SUV for us. Not too big, decent mileage, affordable and capable for our needs. I can say that having the car for a few days has confirmed everything that Andrew said - its great for 3 kids, can easily tow our camper, and is overall an amazing vehicle for the price we paid, which is half what a new one would cost! Will I recommend Carsense to my friends and family? Yes! With lots of enthusiasm and praise! No one can believe what an amazing SUV we purchased for the money, and how easy it was to put the deal together. I told Andrew that when I first met him 5 months ago, I thought he was an amazing salesperson. Now, as an owner of a Carsense car, I would like to purchase cars from him and your dealership for as long as I need to! Please stay in business forever and keep having people like Andrew on your staff! Andrew did outstanding work on our behalf, from when I first walked in to making the final deal happen. I commend your company, the philosophy of how you make buyers feel welcome, for the high quality selection of vehicles, and for amazing staff members like Andrew!

...When I showed up Wednesday it didn't take me long to make my decision to go with the RX8 with the Moon Roof! Both John and Greg went to work in short order to get me financing that worked for me. I want to note to everyone that I am in the middle of doing a ReFi on my mortgage at the moment- no one ...should have deal with the purchase of a new car and a Refi at the same time!

Everyone bent over backwards for me and that should always be made known.
