Lifetime Engine Guarantee
Some good things do last forever.
CarSense is so sure of the quality cars we offer, that we cover your engine for as long as you own your vehicle.
Just abide by the following common-sense requirements — like changing your oil and performing timely maintenance — and you’re good to go. Like forever.
For the first 300,000 miles or ten years, whichever comes first, you receive the benefits of Castrol’s engine warranty. Our warranty begins after the limits noted above through the lifetime of the vehicle.
Change your oil every 4 months or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Our warranty, which begins after the limits noted above, does not require you to use any particular brand motor oil at any point, however, it does require you use oil products that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
If the oil change is performed at a location other than CarSense, you must maintain a maintenance log, with receipts, and produce them if asked.
Bring your vehicle to CarSense once a year (for FREE, of course).
Our elite service team will check belts, hoses, and fluid levels.
CarSense may repair or replace parts.
We may repair or replace parts under warranty with new, re-manufactured or used parts.
Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule.
Oil filter and air cleaner elements must be replaced and the emission control system maintained according to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.
